The Delaney at South Shore

After our first visit to The Delaney, my wife and I knew this is the right place for my parents – the amenities, the facilities, and the staff are what my parents deserve. It took roughly two and half years to convince my folks that independent living at The Delaney was worth a try. Once my parents moved in, it took only a few minutes for them to feel right at home. We knew this not because it’s only 8 minutes away from us and the amenities and facilities are some of the finest anywhere, but because the entire staff cares for the residents as though they are their own family. That level of assurance regarding the well-being of your parents is not easily found. My parents deserve the high quality of life afforded by The Delaney and her staff – and they love it!

After visiting numerous Assisted Living communities throughout Houston and the Clear Lake area, our family ultimately chose The Delaney for my 92-year-old father. I recently moved my 84 year-old mom into the independent living community at the Delaney. It was a hard decision, and we looked at many other communities here in the area. I am very confident that we made the right decision. The staff is very attentive, responsive, patient, and flexible as we went through this process. They have a variety of activities, food is good with a well-rounded menu and the grounds and building are well maintained. The rooms are freshly painted and cleaned for move-in and spacious.
