The Crossings at Banta Pointe

We needed a place for mom between skilled recovery care and home. The Crossings at Banta Pointe was absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. While mom was encouraged to do as much as possible on her own, the folks at CBP were more than willing to help when needed. Ryan was very kind and went out if his way to help get mom settled in and always available to answer questions. The dinning room staff were also very kind and once they got to know mom's likes her faves were usually on the table when we got to the dinning room. The facility and mom's room was always very clean and the normal odors if a care center were never there. While we hope the need for such a place isn't ever needed again, if it is CBP will be our first choice.

The residents are treated with kindness and respect, and it's clear that their well-being is the top priority. The community is clean, comfortable, and offers a variety of activities to help residents stay engaged and connected. If you're looking for an assisted living community where your loved one will be cared for like family, I would definitely recommend this place.

I recently visited Banta Pointe and overall, it left a very positive impression. From the moment you walk in, everyone in the front office is welcoming and friendly. The staff are attentive and genuinely engaged with the residents. We saw the residents playing balloon volleyball, everyone was engaged and having fun. We saw clinical staff talking with residents, walking down the hall with them, clearly they care for the residents. Residents that we passed in the hallway all smiled and seemed very friendly and happy. The facilities are well-maintained and the community feels warm and inviting. The enclosed courtyards are great for residents to be outside, in a safe environment and seeing the raised beds for flowers is perfect for the residents. While no place is perfect, and there may be occasional minor areas for improvement, Banta Pointe looks to have a supportive, caring, and engaging environment.

This community does a wonderful job making residents feel at home. The holiday celebrations are always something to look forward to! The Christmas events are beautifully decorated and full of fun activities, music, and time with family, while the Thanksgiving celebrations bring everyone together with delicious meals and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The activity team works hard to keep residents engaged throughout the year with games, crafts, themed parties, and special events. The food is also very good, with a nice variety of meals and treats that residents enjoy. It's a caring community where people are encouraged to stay active, socialize, and make great memories.
