My dad was recently told by his doctor that he could no longer live on his own. During his stay(twice) at the rehab center I was contacted by Amanda, the Community Resource Director at Magnolia Springs. After several meetings with Amanda and several other staff members and of course a tour of the beautiful facility, my sister and I knew this was the place for our dad. The staff and care givers are caring compassionate and made my dad feel right at home. Their activity department does a wonderful job keeping the residents busy with fun activities and socializing with one another. Magnolia Springs Southpointe has always felt like home. I adore the residents and the time I’ve spent getting to know them. The families have been so welcoming and openhearted, and I’m thankful for the trust they’ve shown me. The staff here are dedicated and full of heart. This community is truly something special.

My mom has lived at Magnolia Springs now for a year and a half and she loves it there. She wanted NOTHING to do with moving to "a facility" at first, but when she toured and saw what she'd been missing out on, she couldn't move fast enough. Lots of activities, nice areas that can be utilized by her and with Family, the Bistro for snacks and drinks throughout the day is a bonus for sure. The food is great. The employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. We are hopeful that Mom is able to stay here as long as she is able. A special shout out to Jamie for her help recently with some difficult decisions that we were suddenly facing. Her listening, understanding, and follow through is much appreciated and we are grateful.
