Personally, as the last remaining relative of the resident and POA of the same, up to this point my experience with Magnolia Springs has been positive. However, over the last couple of months, too many changes have occurred, too many hands stirring the pots, and in my personal opinion not enough information spread to the family members or POA's of the residents. "The" doctor for my mother has been changed multiple times in the last 2 months and no direct communication that I feel has occurred from Magnolia Springs personnel. Another group has been working with my mother that I gave no permission to to work with her and now receiving bills that Medicare doesn't cover. Too much email and not enough reaching out. When I do contact directly I often get a shoulder shrug or a I'm not sure I'll have somebody call you is the response. Change is good, but communication of that change seems to be lacking in this situation. I'm not sure if it's Sinceri's problem, or Magnolia Springs, or who else... Just too many changes and no one to answer the questions... Hopefully this is corrected soon.

I am dealing with an extremely stressful situation relocating a family member to Indiana. After talking and touring 6 Assisted Living locations I felt even worse with the level of professionalism until I met Cody Baker. He took the time to truly listen to our concerns and needs, making sure we felt supported and informed every step of the way. He was never pushy or rushed like a lot of the others and he made the process feel personal and manageable. His honest, caring approach helped us feel confident during this stressful time.

While this facility wont be the right fit for my loved one, Cody at Magnolia Southpointe was so kind and genuinely cared and wanted to hear my story. He was super kind and helpful. If everyone at Magnolia Southpointe is as kind as Cody this is a great place!

Magnolia Springs is the perfect place for our Aunt. She says it is a warm and welcoming community. We love being able to drop in for a visit and have lunch with her. The food service is so nice! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
