This company has been such a great resource and help to my family. Their customer service is excellent — everyone is caring, responsive, and professional. The office manager, Denise, is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help with everything she does. I truly appreciate all the support we’ve received. I highly recommend this home care service to anyone looking for dependable, compassionate care.

Moving mom into a facility has been challenging, to say the least. Hani and the rest of the staff at Courtyard have provided much guidance and support - making difficult circumstances feel a lot more manageable and easier to navigate. These are things we all have to face at one point in our lives with our own parents, other loved ones, and eventually our own well-being. Knowing there are resources and individuals available to trust and help sort through all the tough stuff (and ultimately make the best decisions for our mom) has truly been a relief and a blessing. Thank you Hani (you have been a gold-star resource and advocate) and Courtyard staff….you’re much appreciated 🙏❤️

I periodically visit a resident when I am in town. The home is always clean, noxious odor free, and there are plenty of daily activities for the residents. Outside activities and transportation for shopping or other day trips are offered. All staff members are pleasant and accommodating. The majority of the residents seem to be happy snd on good spirits.

Rating: 1 star I would give The Courtyards a zero if I could. When I first toured the facility, it was all show — a complete dog and pony act. But once my brother-in-law was admitted, the reality set in. The staff is clearly not trained to handle challenging or uncomfortable situations. After just three days, my husband was sent to the hospital twice, and then told he could not return. Despite this, I was charged the full $10,000 for the month. I was promised a refund, told it had been mailed — but weeks later, nothing. No check, no communication. My calls and emails have been completely ignored. When I went to collect his belongings, I found a pile of soiled clothing and discovered that items, including a new pair of shoes, were missing. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Beware. Honny, the administrator I originally spoke with, seemed only interested in the money — and now refuses to return calls.
