My mother-in-law lived at The Cottages for about fours years. She was very well taken care of. She was treated with respect, patience, dignity, excellent personal care, and most of all, love. The staff (including the office) at The Cottages took the time to get to know her personally and helped her and our family navigate through the difficult changes we all went through as we watched her memory decline. The court yard is pretty, the residents are free roam in a secure environment, and the Cottages are clean. We are so thank full for the care she received while living at The Cottages.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit this community and have referred residents here when memory care was the right next step. The environment is wonderful and very secure, with plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. With cottages hosted within a closed courtyard environment, it gives a warm camp feel to the community. Staff have been very prompt and helpful. It’s clear they deeply care about the residents they serve. Would absolutely recommend The Cottages as a wonderful community for your loved ones.

Our Mom has been a resident from day 1 at The Cottages of Spokane and the level of care has always been above expectations. Our experience has been top notch and supportive when we’ve need to make changes or adjustments. Mom only has positive things to say (if they let her sleep in on occasion!) thank you!

My Mumsy had the blessing of being a resident at The Cottages of Spokane. The tender and compassionate care she received allowed her to achieve a high quality of life, despite her Cognitive Impairment and terminal diagnosis. The staff are engaging and extremely knowledgable. The serene setting of the cozy cottage buildings and interactive outdoor gardens bring peace and comfort. I highly recommend this community!
