serious concerns about this establishment. The way staff members are treated is unacceptable, creating a hostile work environment. I witnessed multiple instances of what appeared to be cross-contamination in the kitchen, which is a major health hazard. Honestly, working here seems like a risk to one's well-being. I would not recommend this place to anyoneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee 😭🙏🙏🙏 - someone who worked there

My mom has been at Fairwinds over eleven years and we are extremely pleased with her experiences there. The health and well being of the residents is a priority. Staff is well trained, friendly and competent. There are a variety of social and wellness activities available. At 98 my mom has remained active and engaged in these activities - exercise, yoga, Tai Chi, pinochle, balloon volleyball, book club.... When she has had health concerns staff has been incredibly responsive. A wonderful place!!

Recently moved Mom from a new much more expensive facility. The food here is better. The service is better. With more residents the activity level is greater. She loves it
