My recent tour of the Claiborne at Creekview Drive was very informative. I was pleased with the facility overall. My husband will probably be in the Memory Care Unit and I found that area exceptional. The activities in the unit were plentiful and I know he will find one that will interest him. The rooms offered choices based on the needs of the patient. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

The Claiborne is a hit and miss .. nursing staff is the best , housekeepeing is ok but the kitchen is the MOST AWFUL PART OF THE FACILITY. WAITED 25 MINUTES TO GET ONE PLATE AND THEN THEY HAD ATTITUDE I THINK HER NAME WAS BRIANNA OR BRILYA NOT SURE BUT ITS AWFUL AND THE FOOD THEY PORTION YOU CAN FEED THAT TO A SMALL RAT . DIETARY NEED A READJUSTMENT. HIRE PEOPLE THAT LOVE THE KITCHEN

Melinda and the entire staff at The Claiborne have been more than helpful, patient and kind in the process of moving my mother-in-law there. The facility is clean, the residents are happy and the staff is super helpful! Tasha and Angelle were also Super patient and positive during her assessment for the assistant living side. All in all, they all made it a positive experience for what was very frightening and sad for our family.

Ashley was wonderful! She met me at a time that was convenient for me, answered all my questions, took me on a great tour Of the facility after taking the time to understand what my needs were. She educated me on the unique program they have implemented for memory care, very inspiring. And then I got to see it in action. I’ll recommend this facility and wonderful staff.
