The staff and residents made the transition for my Aunt to the memory care unit much easier than I ever imagined. Everyone has been very welcoming and have helped her get involved in activities. She has rough days due to her dementia, but the staff is always friendly and well trained on how to help her. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Chapel Hill Community.

Facility is run down always short staffed because they don’t know how to treat their employees. That’s very sad because the residents should come first Chapel Hill management needs to learn how to treat people or maybe they would keep somebody longer than a few months. They are all in their own little special group together, and they treat people terrible. The facility has lots of bugs is completely rundown. I would not come here. All you have to do is tour to see for yourself. Take your loved one somewhere else.

Shawn Harkless made a difficult time easier for our family. She went above and beyond, even helping us move my mom’s belongings from our car to her room. She is kind & compassionate to my mom and our family. Every question we had she had the answers. Every preference of my mom’s, she seen too. Shawn made the process smooth. She has a caring heart which makes her perfect for her job. All the staff has been exceptional, patient and caring. We are so thankful to them all!

Joyce has been in Chapel Hill Community for one and half years and I have to acknowledge the care she has received is very good. I am always informed notified in detail of any changes or of any concerns or questions. The staff has always provided and Gone over and above from activities to clerical to nursing and chaplain.
