We took my grandmother there because she needed a facility that would meet the levels of care she needed and would work with hospice. The nurses were kind but the aides all had major attitudes and made my grandma feel like an inconvenience. The food was subpar (serving $#!+ on a shingle several meals in a row). They lost my grandma’s DNR papers so they sent her to the hospital, prolonging her death. The nurses and administrators really did seem to care for the residents, but unfortunately overall it wasn’t a great place, especially for a loved one’s end of life.

good place. My grandpa stays here. they are very nice but sometimes my aunt has to get on them about stuff they should be doing for him. but other than that it’s great.
