I absolutely love performing at The Carlisle Palm Beach! From the very first day, the level of professionalism and warmth from the entire team has been outstanding. The environment is always welcoming, uplifting, and full of joy — truly a beautiful place to share music. Erica who is one of the Life Enrichment Directors, made me feel right at home and ensures everything runs smoothly. It’s truly one of my favorite places to sing and connect with such wonderful residents. Highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a place that radiates care, kindness, and positive energy! 🎶✨

Lisa Davis is an amazing Campus Director at The Carlisle Palm Beach. I have had the pleasure of interacting with her through community events, and she is always so positive, professional, and easy to talk to. While the location is great, The Carlisle is truly a nightmare if you actually need care. If I could give zero stars I would. My parents lived there for 9 years and the only reason I kept them there was because my stepfather loved the location. When they moved in there were 10 piece bands and wonderful food, staff and entertainment. Over the years it continually declined. To say they are grossly understaffed in assisted living would be an understatement. If you complain they give you an eviction letter. They received over 200 pages in violations from the state in 2024 (this is publicly available information) and tried to kick my 100 year old stepfather out the next day because I had reported them to the state (along with many others). I had to fight to get food, get a moldy AC replaced, carpet was held together with electrical tape, holes in the walls of the apt and the list goes on all while paying an absolute fortune and having private aids 24/7! Looks are deceiving and the sales people will sell you their unborn great grandchildren. The Carlisle is truly horrific and I think many of the reviews on here are false and from friends or family of the staff or people who really don't visit their family. If you spend time there, you will know!!

How unfortunate that under the new ownership, the new leadership staff has lost their focus on the residents and their families. All focus has been on the beautiful remodel. So we go from a building that needed some love but had a staff that loved the residents and their family....to a building that shows love but staffed by leadership that has no interest to keep the residents and their families feeling any love. What happened to any ownership within each of the positions of leadership. Everyone points the finger at someone else even though the issue falls within that person's area of responsibilities. Ownership of your teams actions or inaction fall to that persons area of responsibilities. Proactive follow up is key for success of leadership roles. Basic management 101....
