The team at The Bristal at Westbury is top notch. My mom experienced a health crisis and she moved to The Bristal directly from the hospital. The team guided us through the process and the nurse even visited her in the hospital to provide reassurance and encouragement. Its taken her a few months to adjust but with the support of Olga and the team she is feeling better, no longer isolated, eating healthy meals, and my sisters and can sleep better at night knowing she is safe.

My mother has been a resident at the Bristal at Westbury for a little over a year. We transferred her there after a brief, unhappy time at another assisted living facility in Westbury. When we first toured the Bristal, we were very impressed by how inviting and classy it looked. The decor is lovely. The place feels spacious and thoughtfully planned on every floor. The staff is wonderful and caring. My mother's furnished room is roomy and well laid out. The dining room is classy, and is managed by Robert Borgwald, who keeps the menu offerings delicious. The medical Wellness staff aides are caring. We are happy that we found the Bristal. The Executive Director, Olga Loi, keeps the standards at the Bristal at Westbury very high.

I’ve had such a great experience with The Bristal in Westbury. The place feels warm the second you walk in, and the staff is honestly what makes it special. They’re kind, patient, and really pay attention to the little things that make residents feel comfortable. The building is clean, the food is solid, and there’s always something going on to keep everyone engaged. It’s given our family a lot of peace of mind knowing our loved one is in a place where they’re truly cared for.
