My 96 yr old Mom had a fall over the Christmas holidays that left her with a broken femur and the need for a walker. She was at a rehab but needed to transition to assisted living ,and did so very reluctantly. Tiffany and the team went above and beyond to resolve any transition issues promptly. She definitely did not want to be anywhere but home. She is coming to the end of her short term stay, and has nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and the facility. If she did not have a home to return to ,there is no doubt she would choose the Bristal in GC. I must also note that she says the food is excellent and believe me..that is a 5 star rave ! In addition, she mentions how wonderful the housekeeping team is. Always cheerful and welcoming.

Memory care is horrific. They do not know what they’re doing and were neglectful and emotional abusive of my mom. Nightmare!!!! My mother left badly injured and unable to walk on her own ever again due to an injury as a result to their neglect when they promised me they would provide extra care and monitoring that they did not follow through. My mother also had essentially non stop UTIs A uti undiagnosed for 2 months and had to be hospitalized . She has been in a new care facility for over 2 years and has not had 1 uti since!! Horrific!! . Please protect your loved one and find dementia care elsewhere.

The Bristal Assisted Living in Garden City has been such a relief for our family 😊. The staff has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring with my aunt, which made a big difference during her move. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been warm and welcoming, taking the time to answer questions and check in on how my aunt is settling in 💬. Special shout out to Tiffany, Rachel, Jennifer, for coordinating everything for my aunt, even prior to the actual move in date. Another shout out to Suzanna, Glen, Taiquan, and Naz for going above and beyond to help my aunt feel comfortable and cared for 🩷. The food is amazing, and my aunt actually looks forward to mealtimes now, which says a lot about the quality and variety of what they serve 🍽️. Between the good meals and the friendly dining atmosphere, it really feels more like a community than a facility 😊. The building is clean, bright, and inviting, with plenty of spaces for residents to relax or chat with others ☀️. There are lots of activities and things to do, so my aunt can stay engaged and social instead of feeling isolated 🎲. Our family feels a real sense of peace knowing she’s in a safe place with people who are looking out for her 🙏. Overall, The Bristal in Garden City has been a great choice for my aunt, and we’re very grateful for how helpful and kind everyone has been 💛.
