I recently moved my uncle into the Bristal at West Babylon. As an employee working in another location, we chose West Babylon because the location worked best for all our family members. I had worked there a few years ago and always thought it was a great community. He was living alone and we wanted him to be closer to us, around others to socialize with and mostly be safe. I knew this was the right choice for him. I know the staff and felt very confident he would be in good hands. I cannot say enough about Natasha, Christine and all the staff I have interacted with. They have been nothing but professional and helpful with this decision. He is happy and thriving and again, most importantly he is safe. I am thankful for their help in making this move as easy as possible. It's a great community!

My mother lives at The Bristal Assisted Living, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make every resident feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. They are kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which gives our family great peace of mind. We’re so grateful for the warmth and dedication they show every day. Highly recommend!

When searching for memory care facilities for my father, this was the easiest decision. We didnt choose the Bristal, we chose the people who work at the Bristal. From Christine welcoming us to making the transition seamless, to Jessica welcoming my father on his first day, they were the absolute best. Elizabeth was amazing in “reflections” amd her and the staff did everything to make him comfortable. If you are in need of a facility that goes above and beyond, look no further. There is no better support staff anywhere.

I visit my aunt at the Bristal in West Babylon every Wednesday and we enjoy going to the Arts and Crafts class run by Dana Stinson in the Recreation Dept. She is just a wonderful young woman who guides us through the class with such love and care. Dana is such an asset to the Bristal! The Bristal is lucky to have such a great employee on board making these classes so much fun not only for my aunt but for me as well. Thank you Dana Stinson!
