My mom’s new family (and mine) is the Bristal at North Hills. Before she became a resident the staff was amazing with addressing our concerns and explaining 💯 what life at the Bristal would be like. My mom is the healthiest and happiest she has been in a long time. She is busy all the time with activities and programs. Her apartment is beautiful. All the services from laundry, cleaning, nail and hair salons are A+. The food is amazing and she is so well cared for with her independence being respected. Do not hesitate if you need a safe and beautiful home for your loved one.

My mom has been a resident for two years and recently experienced a plumbing issue in her apartment. This was a very upsetting, extensive and complicated issue that took several days to resolve. Thanks to the maintenance staff (Eric & Domenick) and the outstanding housekeeping staff (Jessica,Leubrum )and Carol (director of housekeeping) for their tireless effort to fix, clean up and keep my mom comforted. They explained everything to her and were continuously concerned about her well being. Carol went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from a deep cleaning,rug shampooing, painting the bathroom and checking in on my mom. Carol and her staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to help anyone that asks or stops by her office. There are several people that go above and beyond in the care of my mom but I feel Carol , her staff and the maintenance crew really deserve a special thank you for all they do behind the scenes everyday.

My aunt lived at North Hills reflections. Dana, Wilma and Jai took good care of her until it was her time. In the beginning she was nervous, but ultimately she was so happy, made friends and lived her life to the fullest with good people around her. I will always praise North Hills and remember how happy my aunt was there.

The Bristal at North Hills is a beautiful and welcoming community with an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. The atmosphere is warm, well-maintained, and feels like a real community.
