After a bad experience at a different memory care facility for my dad, I can say that the Bristal has been a gift to my family. The place is very clean and well maintained. My dad’s room is clean and smells clean. The food is good and there are choices at every meal. The staff has been wonderful. They have gotten to know my dad, and they show him kindness and respect. I have been impressed with the level of security in the building, which is especially important in a memory care place. I would highly recommend the Bristal at Lake Success for any family that needs this kind of care.

My Mom has been at The Bristal since March 2026. From the Front Office and Wellness Staff, Housekeeping, Activities Personnel, Food Services, and especially her day-to-day caregivers, it has been an excellent experience. Staff is responsive, kind and very compassionate. They have taken the time to get to know my Mom and learn her preferences. Everyone at The Bristal knows her name and acknowledges her with a smile and greeting each time they see her. Thank you all for taking such good care of my Mom. 🩷

My Mom recently moved into The Bristal at Lake Success and despite her hesitancy from moving from her private home, she now loves the place. She tells me all the time that it’s the best “hotel” she’s ever stayed at. Mom was also a finicky eater but she loves the food at The Bristal. Also, all the people at The Bristal who support the residents are so helpful and friendly. And as for her family, we are so relieved that she is happy and settled — it’s helped us all sleep better at night.

I can't say enough good things about the Bristal in Lake Success. My dad was there for close to 9 months until his passing. He arrived with pretty advanced stage dementia and was greeted so kindly by everyone. The staff is kind beyond words and just excellent overall. I don't know what we would have done without the Bristal! From the friendly front desk person to the person wiping my dad's tushy! lol. Towards the end when he really started to decline, the staff was incredibly accommodating customizing the food for him so that he could still eat. I wouldn't hesitate to put my loved one in the care of the Bristal.
