She is always professional, welcoming, and attentive, and she takes the time to get to know each member to make sure they feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her warm personality and genuine care for the residents really set her apart. Every service she provides is done with great attention to detail, and she creates a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and wants every member to feel their best. The level of care and consistency she brings to The Bristol community does not go unnoticed. I recently drove in from New Jersey to visit my aunt at The Bristal of Jericho, and I was truly touched by the warmth of the experience. Sylvia, the Director of Wellness, and her team were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment I arrived. My aunt often speaks highly of the wellness department, but seeing it firsthand made me understand just how much they mean to her. They treat her with such compassion and genuine care—it’s clear she feels like family there. It’s comforting to know she considers The Bristal her true home.

Sylvia the director of nursing at the bristle of Jericho is truly fascinating. She is very professional dedicated and always willing to help residents and the family members. I love Sylvia's energy. She creates a welcome in environment and her kindness and compassion. It's clear she generally loves his job. Her leadership and commitment make a meaningful difference everyday here. I think she should be rewarded every single day that she takes care of a single patient or a family member. Kudos to Sylvia keep up the good work.

Sylvia Henderson was an absolute blessing while caring for my grandma. She showed so much compassion, patience, and genuine kindness every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about her patients, not just doing her job but going above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and respected.
