After living in Florida for over 30 years, my sister-in-law, Ella, recently moved back to New York. Choosing an assisted living facility is a major decision, and she ultimately chose The Bristal at Bethpage. While the initial adjustment to a new lifestyle was challenging, the leadership team and staff were incredible. Specifically, Sara Huenke (Director of Community Relations), Colleen Langon (Community Relations Coordinator), and Randi Salwen (Director of Care Management) went above and beyond to ensure she felt welcome. They took the time to introduce her to other residents and encouraged her to dive into the daily activities. The entire staff is friendly, caring, and deeply empathetic to the needs of the residents. Beyond the wonderful social environment, the facility itself is immaculate and well-maintained, offering a varied and impressive menu for every meal. I am so relieved and happy that Ella chose The Bristal. It truly feels like home for her, thanks to such a dedicated team.

My mother stayed at the Reflections part and I would have to say it exceeded my expectations. Sara who is director of community relations was absolutely wonderful and thorough in guiding us in the right direction. My mother enjoyed all the activities they provided on an everyday basis, and she always talked about how delicious the food was there. She had so much fun! The staff was very attentive and provided great care to my mother, and was always notified immediately when something happened. I would highly recommend The Bristol in Bethpage!

My loved one has resided in the Bristal at Bethpage for a year now. She is extremely pleased living there. The quality of service is outstanding and the staff is simply amazing. They are always very caring , professional, respectful, and cheerful. The meals are first rate and the activities are very varied. It was the best decision to select the Bristal at Bethpage.

Every time I visit my aunt at The Bristal in Bethpage, she looks genuinely happy and that means everything to our family. Recently, I brought my sons into see her and they all went up to the second-floor lounge to play Rummikub and enjoy pizza together. Watching them laugh, play, and create memories in such a warm and welcoming space was so special. The team in Bethpage has truly helped bring her joy back into her life. The atmosphere feels vibrant, engaging, and full of connection. We are beyond grateful for the care, attention, and heart they pour into their residents every single day. Thank you for making our Aunt happy again it shows.
