I’ve always had a wonderful experience with The Bristal at Somerset. The staff is truly terrific from top to bottom. Jill, the Executive Director, sets a caring and professional tone for the entire community. Kaylee Johnson is always responsive and helpful, Bernadette in Reflections (memory care) is attentive and compassionate, and Summer, the Activities Director, keeps residents engaged and happy with meaningful programs. The team is consistently welcoming, communicative, and attentive — you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and their families. Highly recommend!

The Bristal in Somerset is truly a beautiful building! Visiting this building is a breath of fresh air as it has a modern twist to a warm and homey feel. The staff is not only kind and respectful to their residents and families, but they are incredibly knowledgeable as well. My aunt recently moved into The Bristal at Somerset and is benefiting immensely from the Reflections community. Bernadette has been so helpful and understanding. The rest of the Reflections staff is always engaged and supportive. The Bristal is a beautiful, welcoming community and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking care for their loved ones, specifically for those in need of dementia care. My aunt is doing so well with the help of the Reflections staff and we couldn’t be happier with her move to The Bristal!
