Visited my grandparents the other day and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the facilities were. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. My grandparents seem to be very happy with their new home and had nothing but good things to say about their experience so far at the Bridges.

I'm not certain how this place is getting great reviews unless they are all outside of secured Memory Care which is a joke. They are severely understaffed and have aides cooking, cleaning, taking care of residents that are aging in place who have nursing home needs and hospice needs. So the average Memory Care resident gets ignored. Staff are overworked and unsupervised. Director plays games and goes to meetings without changing how to make operations more efficient. Staff is not required to make any daily case notes or weekly case notes on residence and so many balls are dropped daily. It's cruddy smelly dirty would not recommend.

The staff at the Bridges of Bent Creek are dedicated and provide outstanding care! Their compassion and kindness made a huge difference in the quality of my father's final months. Additionally, they continue to make a significant impact on my mother's quality of life not only in her daily care but also through daily activities and exceptional communication with family members (thank you Chris)!! I can't thank them enough for their unwavering dedication and commitment. Your love for all of the residents especially my parents is truly commendable...Thank you ALL!!

GREAT for both my parents until my dad passed! They were in separate rooms because he was terminally ill and she needs memory care! But they got to spend time with each other and had some priceless, touching moments! I love the staff! THANK YOU for your wonderful dedication, care, and compassion! My father was well taken care of until the end, and my mother's quality of life is better now than when she was at home!
