EVERYONE has been wonderful! But - I can name several special people who have really helped make my dad feel comfortable after his move to The Atrium. Nurses Caroline, Chi, and Hayley are so kind and sweet! And CNA Carrie is just so wonderful! She is kind, thoughtful and goes above and beyond. I am SO happy to see my dad in his new home.

The Atrium at Serenity Pointe has been a fantastic place for my mom. She always seems very happy and tells us about how well they treat her! Eleanor is fantastic! Always super friendly and answers any questions that I may have for her. I have personally been there to watch activities that my mom is participating in and Eleanor is always so patient with all residents! The nurses and CNA’s all seem to be fantastic too!

This is a great place to live. The staff works very hard to keep residents happy and busy with many special activities. Brian Grinager has been very helpful to me from the beginning to getting my TV to work after moving into my apartment.

My relative has been at the Atrium for almost 2 years. Some weeks I am there two to three times a week and others weekly. I have never seen any staff on any level become upset with a resident or unkind in any way. I have just been amazed at the kindness toward residents, even in very trying situations. My relative has a level of dementia that requires a lot of guidance and help. Everyone there seems to know him by name and he has a lot of freedom to move about the facility within reason. It has been the perfect facility for him and in the winter he loves to sit by the fireplace...I do too.
