The Arbor at Lake Worth

Every single person we spoke with at The Arbor was caring, patient, helpful beyond words and made us feel that our dad would be happy and safe in their Memory Care. No question was too small or unimportant. The videos and pictures-- all made specifically for us-- gave us the ability to make an informed assessment. We were THRILLED with how much the Arbor and its community could add to our father's life. It's a beautiful place filled with people we now treasure. If I had to pick a place for my parents to live when they get older it would be The Arbor Lake Worth. The lifestyle director Samantha always has the most amazing programs for the residents. For each holiday or event she decorates for the theme to make the event even more exciting. She truly puts her heart and soul into to every program. She has a great team that work so well together. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to serve as one of their Rabbis for Shabbat and holidays! 5 + STARS

My mom moved into The Arbor just over a month ago. We probably looked at a dozen independent living properties by the time we saw The Arbor. The facility immediately became our favorite. Mom’s apartment is a nice size, with French Doors opening to a balcony. The entire place is really very pretty. The staff have been so kind. I can’t say enough about Matthew who showed us around and made sure we got the exact room and view we wanted. I loved that his own grandparents have lived at The Arbor since it opened. Theresa has became our point of contact, making sure we have everything we need. She’s checked in on us regularly and even introduced us to her lovely mom, Rosemary, a resident at The Arbor. Theresa is always quick to respond to any questions. One thing that really stands out is how active this place is for residents. There are lots of activities and entertainment every day, thanks to Samantha and her team. You can tell Samantha really enjoys her job. When we first toured the facility, the staff was holding a talent show and had a happy hour that was packed. It looked like everyone had a good time. Mom is in her new home and engaging with fellow residents every day. As a family, we are all happy she is now living at The Arbor.

My mother has been living in the Memory Care community at The Arbor at Lake Worth for a little over a year and I cannot say enough good things about the care she receives. Alison, the Memory Care Director, goes above and beyond to make sure my mom’s specific needs are met, and Jeffrey, the nurse practitioner is always supportive and involved. My mom especially loves her aide Keisha, who gets her up and moving each morning with patience and encouragement, and Betty, who always makes sure she’s comfortable and ready for bed at night. My mom is very particular, and the staff here have gone the extra mile to make her feel cared for and understood. Since moving in, I’ve seen great improvement compared to when she was living at home with an aide. The Arbor has made such a positive difference in her quality of life, and I’m so grateful for the team here.
