Our experience moving my mother-in-law into her new apartment in The Arbor Delray has been excellent. 5 stars. Move-in coordinator Zusy Melendez has been a huge help. She is always responsive and available to help the transition go smoothly.

I toured the community with my mom and was so impressed by their activity calendar. It’s one of the most unique and engaging calendars I’ve seen. They offer lectures, entertainment, art classes, outings, and so many interesting activities. It really seems like there’s always something fun and meaningful going on for the residents.

Moving my mom to The Arbor at Delray was the best decision I ever for her. This is definitely the primer senior living facility. I have seen and trust me this is the best. My first encounter was with Jennie who took me on a tour and addressed all of my concerns. No pushy sales which truly made my introduction to The Arbor a very relaxing experience. My next encounter was with Karen The resident Care Director. She explained everything about the services offered and did all the introductions for me with the various department heads. When it was time for the move in I was introduced to Zusely and she helped me with every detail for getting the apartment ready so when my mom moved she felt at home. Zusely was there for me for every step of the move in process. She arranged for the cable instillation as well as giving many valuable suggestions to maximize my mothers comfort in her apartment. She was always available to answer any questions and she returned every call and email in a very timely manor. I have found the best place for my mom and I highly recommend this place.
