I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at this nursing home. From what I have personally observed, the focus seems to be more on money and filling beds than on the well-being of the residents. Elderly residents deserve dignity, patience, and compassion, and unfortunately, this facility falls far short of that standard. Families should thoroughly research and visit before trusting their loved ones here.

My mother-in-law has been at Addison for 4 months now. She feels very comfortable and well cared for. The staff is delightful, caring and responsive. We are at ease knowing she is in a place that is safe and comfortable.

Hi there my father almost a year in September. The person that is the most wonderful human being that is in that place that makes it what it is is Mary the activity director she is amazing what she does for the people in there she puts the love and the care for each one of those people and goes beyond any human being can do. Lately this week I've been asking my dad where is Mary I haven't seen her. I hope she's okay or she is on vacation of some sort but without her being in that facility. She is amazing what she thinks of to keep the clients busy they'll never ever be another woman like her. She's kind and courteous and always thinks the best of everyone and I only met her 2 weeks that I've flown out there to move my father in. I hope this place realizes what a great employee they have and the love that she has put into each resident there my father just loves her and all the activities that she thinks of to do bingo and everything I hope this place gives you the credit that she deserves you don't find kind good human beings that care for the elderly anymore

Woodbourne Place is a beautiful community that is clean and friendly! The atmosphere really gives you that at home kind of feeling. The staff here are very helpful and genuine if anything is ever needed. Above all they treat their residents with dignity and respect. The residents get the care they need and the families get peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for.
