The time I spend here goes by quickly because there is so much to do. I attend exercise 5x a week and I like the cultural events that happen. I enjoy all the live musical events especially around the holidays. The food is good and have many different choices. My apartment has been an adjustment downsizing however before I moved in, got all new flooring and carpeting and a fresh coat of paint. The staff are wonderful and friendly and the waitstaff work hard trying to lease everyone. Marco, the driver is great and very helpful.

Our mother lives at Solstice and really likes it. It's a great thing when I call her and she says, "Oh, I'm about to go to [insert one of the many, daily activities here]--how about we talk later?" Makenzie Pearce (the Vibrant Life Director, i.e. social director) and her colleagues organize all sorts of great things for the residents: chair yoga, exercise, lectures on all sorts of topics, travelogues, concerts (single performers, bands, choirs), parties for special occasions, euchre tournaments, etc. It's pretty impressive and it keeps our mother busy and active. We really appreciate the excellent staff (including the chef!). Highly recommended.

Solstice Senior living in Fairport is a beautiful building. Its in a great location and you really get a feel of the place when you enter and speak with the residents. Everyone is extremely welcoming. They provide daily activities and outings whether a trip to visit various locations or to go shopping, As well as the live entertainment. They always encourage all the residents to join and partake in all events. Its always a pleasure being here and spending time with them. I always recommend this place when I hear seniors are looking for a more accommodating home or downsizing. Plus 3 meals a day included is always a plus.

Solstice is a warm and welcoming community. Residents come from many different backgrounds and love sharing stories and life experiences with one another. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Residents have abundant resources available to ensure they maintain healthy and active lifestyles. Daily activities and on-site physical/occupational therapy allow residents to maintain independence and safety to get the most out of life in this community.
