We toured this assisted living facility about a year and a half ago, and we knew that very day it would be a great fit for our Mom (and it was). The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly and the variety of amenities made it feel like a true community rather than just a facility, e.g. hair salon, activities, movie theater. Mom made many friends and was very happy. Most importantly, the level of care gave us confidence and peace of mind. Our Mom required the highest level of care. The caregivers treated her with compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. We are also especially grateful for the outstanding leadership of Executive Director, Lauren Mueller. If an issue cropped up, she responded in a timely manner, and resolved it right away. Her dedication is reflected in the culture of kindness and professionalism throughout the community. This culture starts with the top - down, and it shows. Unfortunately Mom passed this year. During this difficult time we were deeply impressed with the level of attention & care from staff from all departments, from the Kitchen, Custodial, Caregivers, to the Leadership Team etc. They consistently went above and beyond, not only for Mom, but for the entire family. Highly recommend!

It doesn't matter how many times they rebrand. This place formerly known as The Mansions is the last place you should place your loved one. It took them only 3 months to almost kill my mother and tried to cover it up before handling the aftemath so poorly. The ED blew me off for 2 weeks, probably to talk to their lawyers while my mom was in ICU. They only care about the money. I've tried to be reasonable, but there's nothing redeemable about it. They sell you a dream to get you in the door but it's all downhill. Even the well-meaning staff are told to just fall in line and were instructed NOT to call us when they noticed something was wrong with my mom. I have NO recourse so the best I can do is warn others. They were shady and after repeated requests to get my mother's medical records after we moved her out, they strategically waited until it was too late to file any complaints with HIPAA and the state office, it came from a person who doesn't even work for the new entity AND it was heavily redacted and included dates from before and after her residency. In my line of work, that's fraud. They had a totally incompetent wellness coordinator who to this day has never taken responsibility for what happened and they literally denied knowing her medical history. Keep your loved one at home if you can, but if you can't, take it from me that they will feed you a bunch of lip service, change nothing and endanger your loved ones life without losing sleep. We need an overhaul of this entire system. My mom was one of the lucky ones. Save yourself the trauma if you can. Same pig, different shade of lipstick.

Came with my coworkers for a volunteer event and we had a fantastic time. We played bingo with the residents for the afternoon and it was an absolute blast. Each and every one of the staff members was extremely kind and accommodating. Absolutely had a blast and can't wait to return for another volunteer event. The facility is well run and the staff cares. I would be happy to be a resident there or have any one of my family members become a resident.
