Village Park Alpharetta

Village Park is an exceptional assisted living facility. My mother has been there for 1 and 1/2 years and is safe and happy. The staff is exceptional, the facility modern and clean, and the caregiving staff experienced and kind. I highly recommend it.

My parents are new residents of Village Park so I can share their initial reactions. Throughout the process, Barb and her team in marketing were very helpful as we considered our options. My father has difficulty with memory so we toured the facility several times. We also turned down several smaller units here waiting for a larger one to come available. Barb's patience through the process always put my parents at ease and she worked with us until she knew she had the perfect unit for them. We expected a difficult transition period given my father's memory issues and the challenges that change can bring. But the residents immediately embraced my parents and they feel like they have lived there for years. Between the social at meal times, group transportation to church, and daily activities like devotionals, I'm struggling to figure out the best time to visit when they aren't busy. Which is a great issue to have :). I would like to thank Barb, Liz, Judy, and Marquis for helping us during these initial days. I'd like the thank the nursing staff for helping my father when he got confused during his first weekend. And I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff at Village Park Alpharetta.

Our family has had a positive experience with Village Park Alpharetta over the past two years. Despite some initial staffing challenges, our overall journey with this assisted living facility has been noteworthy. Nearly a year ago, a new executive director took charge, bringing about significant positive changes. The impact was immediately noticeable, with improvements not just in staffing but also in the overall culture of the facility. Department leaders became more empowered and caring, attracting dedicated caregivers and energizing those already in place. What stood out the most was the personal touch of the executive director, who not only knew my parents but genuinely cared about their happiness and well-being. This personal connection created a more compassionate atmosphere that positively influenced the entire facility. Last fall, when my mother was hospitalized, both the executive director and the wellness director paid her a visit in rehabilitation, showcasing their commitment to the residents' well-being. Additionally, whenever we've had issues – which have been minimal – the leadership team at Village Park Alpharetta has been exceptionally responsive. In summary, the positive changes implemented by the new leadership have significantly enhanced our experience at Village Park Alpharetta. We are grateful for the caring and dedicated staff who have made this facility a home for our parents, and we feel confident in the quality of care provided. Our family highly recommends Village Park Alpharetta to those seeking a supportive and compassionate assisted living community.

My amazing mom Marion spent the final chapter of her incredible life as a resident at Village Park. The care she received was absolutely top notch. The entire staff went above and beyond my wildest expectations and treated my precious mom with love,respect and compassion! The property is meticulously maintained and the food is delicious.
