I have been at Terra Bella Senior living Windsor Lake going on three years. This place is wonderful!!! The staff are more than kind and caring and I love my apartment. The activities are great the director of creations always has something up her sleeve. I have enjoyed every minute here plus my dog and my cat are here and couldn’t be happier. I love living at Terra Bella Windsor Lake. Come check this place out!

I recently moved my mother here. The facility is clean and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Melanie and Jonae were very helpful with suggestions for additional care and services my mom might need. My mom really likes the food and activities, and the residents have been friendly with her. The apartment has enough space for storage and furnishings, and there are pull cords to alert staff if help is needed. Although this is senior living, you get the care and concern of assisted living although there is no medical staff on call at the premises. I highly recommend this place!!

TerraBella is a wonderful place for anyone to bring their love ones. The staff and management team are the best, they treat the residents with respect. It's a safe warm and inviting place to be the residents there are kind and loving people. I could say more but you,you must see for yourself. They will enjoy themselves at TerraBella Windsor Lake.

I was so impressed. I called to get information about the facility as i am searching for a new home for my father. When i called the young lady that answered the phone was so pleasant. She said that the sales specialist wasn't available and that she would transfer me to someone else that could help me. I was so grateful that she transferred me to someone and it wasn't an automated machine. She transferred me to someone named Jessica and she was so helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions about the facility, its amenities, food, etc. She was so patient and kind and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to coming down for a tour after speaking with her everything sounds so great. Thank you for not having automated systems as that can be very frustrating.
