My mother has been here for years. It was fine when it was Magnolias. The staff was stable and seemed to like being here. Everyone knew her and the other residents. It wasn’t perfect, but the staff helped a lot. There was never a bad smell under Magnolias. The past few years under Terra Bella have been awful. Smell of urine daily when walking in. Admin has changed multiple times and staff has also changed. The cost has increased dramatically and the care has decreased. Admin refuses to abide by hospice orders or families wishes. They do not know how to treat people with end of life care. Sheets, blankets and clothes are soiled daily and diapers/sheets are not changed regularly. Soiled diapers all over room. I have not recommended this place for years and never will.

Great staff and overall environment, everyone is willing to assist to there highest ability . The hardworking staff work day and night to ensure top notch care and cleanliness within the facility. Would definitely recommend doing business with Terra Bella , ms Caroline and her crew will surely make your day with their professionalism and hospitality, you will feel like family here at Terra Bella !

This by far is the best facility in Charleston SC and the surrounding areas from Miss Jane at the front in hospitality to Miss Lisa, the activities director this place is a 10 out of 10! I really enjoy interacting with the staff at this facility and I highly recommend it for your assisted-living And memory care needs. Kudos to the management team for a job well done!

It is always clean. The staff are very friendly & care about patients that live there. Been working with Lisa & some of the patients with a choir for Christmas at HIllcrest Baptist church. Lisa is very good with all the ones in the choir.
