TerraBella Salem is amazing! Finally a facility that provided meaningful support in helping us transition our loved one into memory care. The facility itself is clean and well presented. Staff is friendly and caring. Lynette is simply awesome. Everyone has done a great job communicating progress. For the first time we were getting calls instead of making calls. We are so thankful.

Absolutely love this facility and the staff! I have seen first hand the care provided to the residents here and have no complaints. Lorainia, the Memory Care Director goes out of her way to make sure the memory care patients are constantly engaged and well taken care of. Lindy is just an absolute joy to be around and makes sure that things are running smoothly. I would trust this facility 100% with my family!
