TB presents themselves as a caring community, my experience not so much! Smoke in mirrors for the almighty dollar. Please beware if you speak with "A", "M", "J" , sadly etc. & accomplices higher up lacked empathy. Family member was scheduled to move in & there was an unfortunate health situation that happened in a NY second (very sad). TB was informed immediately ("A") that this 82 year old woman gave up overnight & decided her fate. TB ("A") was informed immediately. But TB decided it didn't matter. They REFUSED to provide commitment (contract) to allow the family to determine her commitment. In the meantime they took all the money she had in the world!!! We understood if there was a commitment we would have to abide by the contract. Sadly they refused to provide (Why?) End result, they took all her money & never looked back. Please beware, please be careful when dealing with TB. $$$ most importantly to TB! Not your loved one.

While frantically searching to find a place for my brother to live in after his hospitalization and rehab., I called multiple assisted/independent living facilities in the Myrtle Beach area. Ashley Phillips, Terra Bella's Director of Sales, very patiently helped me through this difficult process. We were initially going to just use their 30 day respite, but the place is so beautiful (& clean!) and the people so kind and supportive, we decided to make it his home. I am so relieved that he has such a wonderful, safe environment to live!

A "gold mine of a place" -after living in another different community, I am so excited to say i love the Terra Bella community in Myrtle Beach! it is a unique place that has a multitude of offerings to meet various needs. Staff members have a vested interest in the resident's needs and comfort that extends past just earning a pay check! Good things are happening here and I am excited to see what will come next! Come check us out!

Recent experiences have given me insight into the extra care and effort personnel at TerraBella expend on behalf of their residents. Through this, and my experiences in their (very clean and nicely appointed) facilities, I cannot help but consider TerraBella to be a particularly safe, pleasant and well managed independent living facility.
