Portside Assisted Living is exactly the warm and welcoming community we wanted for our mom. The facility is clean and well-maintained with cheerful gathering spaces that encourage connection and activity. But what truly sets it apart is the attentive and compassionate staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt reassured knowing my mom would be in caring and capable hands. Their dedication and kindness make all the difference. Highly recommend.

I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the staff at Portside during my mom's brief stay. Special thanks to Lauren in Sales for ensuring a seamless transition to her new home. The commitment shown by the nurses, tech guys, concierge, and Director Dorothy in making my mom comfortable and happy was truly remarkable. Even in challenging moments with mom, their kindness and compassion shone through. During her last days, the combined efforts of Crescent hospice and the Portside nurses, especially Suzanne, provided our family with immense comfort. Thank you all, and Lauren, thank you for becoming a true friend.

From the very first time I visited Portside, I have been so impressed with the people that work there, they are so kind and caring. I was also struck with all the activity going on when I visited. There was always something happening! The last thing I will say was that the aesthetics of the whole place was phenomenal! My mom is so happy there and she has made so many friends. In my estimation, it’s the best place in Myrtle Beach. Very reasonable prices as well. We couldn’t be happier!!!

I moved my dad here to Myrtle beach for him to be close by. I toured several facilities and it was a clear decision to choose Portside. From the day he arrived, he has felt comfortable and at home. The staff here is incredible from the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance to management. They assist in every way possible and they do it with a smile. Genuinely…..They work together as a team and really have the residents best interests at heart. I can attest to this as I see it on a daily basis. Two years later I moved my father-in-law in to the assisted living side. They streamlined the process for us making the transition smooth…. They are kind and caring in every way. I LOVE PORTSIDE❤️❤️❤️
