The caregivers here are caring and they love to take care of residents. They have independent living, assisted needs, and memory care services. It feels like home in every part of this community. I recommend Terrabella.

The most involved employees I've ever seen. The care they give my parents is excellent and they genuinely care. Their director, Dee Medlin, is amazing. She responds immediately to any concerns and always gets things resolved. She is definitely an asset to TB.

My sister's and I moved my parents into TerraBella Lake Norman last June, after a horrible 5 months stay in another senior living facility. We and our parents have been so happy with TBLN!! Our parents med management is our biggest concern. TBLN has been on it since one! Their apartment is kept clean, garbage emptied, clothes and linens returned and very attentive and positive staff. TBLN absolutely deserves 5 stars!!

There will certainly never be a perfect scenario when it comes to finding the place for a loved one to spend their remaining years away from their typical home environment. But perfect should never be expectation. The reality is that having people who genuinely care about others is what will lead to the most satisfactory scenario in this setting. nicole, Katie, Dee, Jari and everyone else on the management team at Terrabella LKN will take the time to treat your loved one as if it were their own within the community. I would highly recommend contacting their team if you are in search of a quality senior living community.
