I had a short period of time to move my cousin into a facility, and I quickly began the search for a place for her to live. Our experience at Terra Bella was by far superior to any other facility in the area. Not only was the facility clean and well kept, but the staff was overwhelming in their kindness to my cousin and their professional presentation. It was an easy decision once we looked at other places. Roberta and all the staff went out of their way to make our swift move into Terra Bella a pleasant experience. My cousin is happily settled into her newly painted and carpeted apartment with a window with a view. I give Terra Bella 5 stars from the day we arrived for a tour and for every day since she moved in!

I enjoyed getting to know the staff and Executive Director Teresa Suttles when we toured the property a few months ago. Everyone that we encountered was so warm and friendly. What a great community. We felt good about the decision of choosing Terra Bella. We highly recommend this location when looking for the best fit for your loved ones.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how amazing my experience was at this facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The staff weren’t just friendly—they were warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. What stood out most to me was the atmosphere. It wasn’t just clean and organized—it had a sense of calm and care that instantly put me at ease. Every detail, from the layout to the little touches, made it clear that someone had put real thought into creating a space that feels both professional and personal. It’s rare to come across a place that not only meets expectations but exceeds them in every way. I left feeling better, lighter, and honestly grateful. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s one of those rare gems you’re just thankful to have found.. We love our TerraBella family!

Do not put anyone you love there. Just don't. Our loved one had three falls and lost 16 pounds in less than a month. The family now thinks of this place as Terror Bella.
