My mother and I have toured Arbor Terrace twice as our family progresses through this daunting process of choosing assisted living for my father. Cathy is a perfect fit for welcoming and gently guiding my mother through this journey. The facility is lovely, providing a quiet, warm, homey feel. We were very impressed with the resident rooms and personable staff.

I toured Arbor Terrace as a potential place for my family and was pleased to see that there are three different room sizes—what Cathy so lovingly referred to as “apartments”—to meet your family’s needs. Upon meeting Cathy, you immediately see that she truly loves the work she does and knows each resident by name. She took more than enough time to listen to my story and share her expertise, helping me make the best decision for my loved one. She made me feel as though I was talking with a family friend. My visit and tour of Arbor Terrace was delightful. Cathy showed genuine interest in my mother’s needs, gave me a thorough tour and was very generous with the time she spent answering my questions. Arbor Terrace immediately felt like a friendly and warm residence. Lots of activity and the residents all seemed quite happy. There was a cheerful atmosphere that I found lacking in other facilities. It’s an expensive residence, but the atmosphere and level of care provided would make it worthwhile to those who can afford it

My husband and I took a tour of Arbor Terrace to see if it might be a suitable place for a loved one. Cathy took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all of our questions in a very thorough manner. The facility was clean and bright and the residents genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were shown several different floor plan options as well as the amenities and left with the information we needed to make an informed decision.
