My parents have lived at TerraBella Greenville for over 4 years and have been very happy there. While no place is perfect, the TerraBella staff tries very hard to make their residents happy. They have frequent town meetings with the residents to get feedback and they really listen and try to make changes based that feedback. Unlike many senior communities, TerraBella has had very little turnover in their management staff and the staff they have is excellent and caring. They go out of their way to make the residents happy. We have been so happy working with Kelly, Quinlin and Jennifer. TerraBella has offers some great services that my parents have been able to take advantage of, including on-site physical therapy through Legacy, in-home healthcare through Patriot Healthcare, and on-site home care through Addus. My mom recently passed away and I can't say enough good things about the hospice care we got though Patriot and the additional aid caring for my mother that Addus provided. Of course, no place is perfect. The quality of the meals can be a little hit or miss but the staff really tries hard to continually improve, especially given the cost of food today. It would also be nice to have a little more outside entertainment. If you like to cook, this might not be a good option because the kitchenettes only have a refrigerator, sink and a few cabinets. For the price, TerraBella is an excellent option for independent seniors. I looked at several places for my parents and TerraBella had such a homey feel.

All the staff at Terra Bella are very personable and accommodating. The residents are so sweet and welcoming. We LOVE Terra Bella Greenville but unfortunately my sister needed a little more care so we transfered to Terra Bella Hendersonville. I cant name one thing that we didn't like. NO COMPLAINTS!

I love this place for my sister and she loves having her own apartment. I do wish they would freshen up the outside. The building exterior needs cleaned, a fresh coat of paint, rehang shutters, clean gutters, clean up the landscaping around back and side along fence, as well repair fence where bamboo trees collapsed onto it from storm. Otherwise, interiorly, it is great.
