I can't speak to the living conditions, or services provided. However, I can speak to the sales team lack of effort. We had been looking for a place for my mom. I reached out to Waterstone on MULTIPLE occassions. I never got a call back. 2 months pass- Late last night, I received an email from the sales director offering to help. ???? Every other place we called, returned our calls immediately, tours set up and done within a few days. My Mom loved Waterstone when she and her husband toured it 2 years back, but weren't quite ready to leave their home. That's why our first call was to Waterstone. It's a shame sales doesn't seem to care much.

I am the DON at Waterstone and am so blessed to be a part of this family. In all my nursing years this is the best job I have ever had. We have a wonderful staff who truly care about our residents and each other. To be able to come to work each day here is a blessing from God. This week without power due to the storm our team has stepped up and shown what it truly is all about and that is caring for others. Thank you all. As we continue to grow with staff and residents and continue to up our standards of care I am amazed at what our team accomplishes each day. This is the place I would be proud of to live my retirement years at. Thank you all for letting me part of your family.

Visiting a relative in Greenville who was here short term for physical therapy, we thought this facility was above par for those convalescing or who are seeking a premiere assisted living residence.

My favorite days at Waterstone on Augusta are Pet Therapy Days on Monday and Thursday evenings. I love seeing all the residents loving on all the pets that visits. If you want to stop by and meet some amazing volunteers this is your community! Thank you Waterstone on Augusta and Team.
