Terra Bella at Epps Bridge residents pay a PREMIUM rate for housing and services which include Internet access. The Internet (and the phones in the office) have been down since November 17. - 2.5 weeks (and counting!) of no Internet or phone services for residents. The only way family can check on residents is to request a well-check from the Athens Police Department. Residents can't participate in their online courses, counseling. Residents can't pay bills, check email, or connect with social media unless they can walk/drive to Starbucks to use "free" Internet. This is the second time in three months for an extended outage. WRONG! And no one cares. Do not choose this place for your loved ones... It is managed by an out of state company who ignores all requests for assistance.

Great staff. Plenty of food available at meals. I don't believe any one person could eat a complete meal with the entree, sides, soup or salad, bread, beverage and desert. Currently doing some renovations, new flooring, some furniture, and some paint. Really trying to continue making it an enjoyable place to live. Lot of activities and friendly residents. I've enjoyed my 1st year there.

My sister lived at Terra Bella Epps Bridge for two years. My sister came in an introvert but made precious friends there. She found everyone, from all staff to all residents and their families, kind, helpful and accepting. She felt at home and at peace there. We are very saddened that she is no longer well enough to live there. We highly recommend Terra Bella in Athens, Ga.
