Teal Creek Senior Living

My mom has been living at Teal Creek for 1.5 years and we’ve been so grateful for their great care, compassion, nurses, and professionalism in everything. They're unique in how they have a nurse regularly present, able to administer sliding scale diabetic care. They’ve gone above and beyond many times for us, despite how very challenging all they do can be. Mom’s health and diabetes has improved due to the great nurses including Lacey and Albert, who are both amazing. Also shout outs to Susan, Dennis, Bernica, Scott, and so many others. I’ve recommended Teal Creek to friends, who also placed their parents there, and they feel the same.

I have a family member who lives at this facility and I must say they provide the best care. My loved one always looks great the rooms are clean and always smells great. I absolutely love it. Shout out to Shante and all the memory care staff for doing such and amazing job and caring for the residents. Keep up the amazing job 💖💖

I would not recommend this place after having my dad there for less than a year and him going downhill and end up having to get sent out to the hospital and passing away; for the nurse afterwards to call maybe a month after he passed asking how he was doing. It seems like management and Nurse supervisors tend to change often like a disposable paper towels. A lot of the staff changed all the time and it was hard to get decent care for him too many times during his stay. Also, in the time that my father was staying there, we did have a camera in his room, and when certain situations occurred certain people on the nursing staff would lie and say certain things didn’t happen, which is crazy because there was a camera there. So 0/10 I do not recommend; if you currently do have a family member residing here I would say try to move them out and take them somewhere else if you can. Furthermore, It’s really sad and disheartening how some people treat the elderly population just because they feel like they can get away with it.

Ava has been so very helpful during this difficult time of transition! She is kind, professional, and compassionate. She made sure. To answer any and all questions, introduced us to staff, and gave us a tour of the facility.
