Very good staff that are warm but strong. Very nice facilities that are honey but very nice looking. Our family member particularly like the pictures in the halls and the library and PT room. He lives the two physical therapists and the speech therapist.

Red flags and never spoke to a soul. Husband and I came to tour for a place for his uncle. We walked up and there are signs to use the service elevator. OK fine construction happens no big deal we walk into the garage and it smells like cigarettes. It was thick gagged. OK again.. It's ok. So we get on the service elevator. Get off and there is no one available. So we walk past the kitchen and see two employees. Neither looked up. Another was outside on the phone. She never looked up. She even came inside and didn't even look in the direction of the desk. By the way the desk had papers all over it and mail jammed into binders behind it. Not very organized. The residents spoke but obviously weren't in a way to help. The staff that was present never greeted us. I walked through the dining room and the library NOTHING. And they saw us. So I tell my husband let's not waste more of our time because this is probably the level of care our loved one will have. If there's no one to greet and Noone helping and ANYONE can just walk up and in.... This is what we should expect. Oh I'm sorry a man did stop us as we were leaving... Mind you he was watching TV in a side room and we thought he was a resident cause he NEVER got up when we walked in nor when we were standing around looking for someone. As we were walking out he comes out and says can he help us. I told him no and he did not protest or ask any questions.. Just alright and went back to his show. We had been at the desk for over 9 mins (I looked at my phone and saw the time). We would have no idea if this is a good place for our loved one or not. We got back into the car and left to see another facility. Incredibly disappointed. Message to owners:if you'd like to chat you need to provide an email or number. This is a public forum I'm not giving my info out in a review.

My husband Carl was at the Memory Care at Symphony Square for over four years. The care and attention he received was beyond anything I could have hoped for. It became his second home for that long time. The staff is truly outstanding. They treated him so carefully and respectfully it was amazing. He recently passed away and the care they showed our family was just unbelievable. It was the most difficult time in our lives and we were treated so well. Thank you Theresa and your entire loving staff. You are all doing God’s work. I would recommend Symphony Square to all people that are looking for a safe and loving environment for their loved ones. My father lives at Symphony Square in the Memory Care Unit. Unfortunately, I live several states away. I am very grateful to Theresa Lawrence and all the staff for not only taking great care of him but also helping me stay connected. They set up FaceTime visits, give me updates, and let me know if he needs anything. My dad is comfortable and happy. Thank you to the Memory Care Unit for all you do!
