My mother was a resident at Symphony Manor and just passed away at the young age of almost 97. The reason she moved there was it is a beautiful facility and we read so many amazing reviews of the care givers, the administration and the facility. So many of the care givers have been there for many years which we thought was a good sign. Symphony Manor turned out to be an amazing experience for my mother and we found all of the reviews to be true. The care givers were all so very caring, the facility beautiful, the administration, nurses, thank you Keisha and Vicki, dining staff (my mother enjoyed her meals), Gina, Ashley, Amber, Stacey, Catriona, (I am sure I am forgetting some) are amazing, answer questions immediately, they all really try to make this a wonderful place for our elderly. They also have very nice entertainment and holiday functions. Thank you so much to all of you at Syphony Manor!

I recently visited my uncle at Symphony Manor. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful ambiance, with beautiful gardens and plenty of spaces for residents to relax. My uncle seemed comfortable, and the food was good. The only issue I saw was that a couple of their staff were frequently on their phones. In a facility like this, I think it's quite important to always be "available" and not distracted by their phones. If not for this issue, I would give the facility a perfect rating.

My experience at Symphony Manor has been exceptional! The caring staff goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and support for all residents. The sense of community here is truly heartwarming. Ashley, the director of memory support is REMARKABLE! She always finds creative ways for the residents to interact with no only each other, but kids! This is a great experience for the residents and you see their faces light up with joy. I highly recommend this center for its outstanding care, creativity and welcoming environment.

I have had occasion to visit Symphony Manor on multiple occasions over the years. The facility is beautiful, always clean and beautiful. But beyond that, the staff is warm, caring and knowledgeable. The residents are well-cared for and happy because the staff always have their best interests at heart. Ashley Hartlove is particularly amazing. She brings such warmth, creativity and enthusiasm to her passionate service to the patients. Keep up the good work!
