We appreciate the team at Symphony Manor, it takes a lot of care and coordination to care for our dear elderly parents. From warm greetings by Patricia and Dave at the front desk, to Keisha and Chanel and their nursing staff being really good communicators to Stacey being there as Director to oversee all with humor and efficiency. I am impressed with the right amount or order and humor to maintain a very nice culture. Thanks for all you do! The Hehir Family

My mother was a resident at Symphony Manor and just passed away at the young age of almost 97. The reason she moved there was it is a beautiful facility and we read so many amazing reviews of the care givers, the administration and the facility. So many of the care givers have been there for many years which we thought was a good sign. Symphony Manor turned out to be an amazing experience for my mother and we found all of the reviews to be true. The care givers were all so very caring, the facility beautiful, the administration, nurses, thank you Keisha and Vicki, dining staff (my mother enjoyed her meals), Gina, Ashley, Amber, Stacey, Catriona, (I am sure I am forgetting some) are amazing, answer questions immediately, they all really try to make this a wonderful place for our elderly. They also have very nice entertainment and holiday functions. Thank you so much to all of you at Symphony Manor!

My brother was a resident at Symphony Manor for one year before he passed away. When deciding on a place to have my brother cared for, I was impressed early on by the responsiveness of staff to my brother, who arrived with dementia. Whereas in one place we visited the staff spoke to me, even as my brother was at the table; at Symphony Manor the staff engaged directly with my brother. I congratulate and thank the management, nurses and caretakers on the environment they create and the services they provide. I also appreciated the communications and support to his family, including me and my spouse, who live nearby, as well as my out-of-town brother and his spouse. Over time, and until he died of metastatic cancer, the staff learned my brother’s needs and his singular habits and was able to support him with kindness, hugs, laughter, and even tears on his death. Among the staff, I would like to recognize Stacy, Amber, Keisha, Gina, Aisha, Patricia and David. Thanks! Paul Sully
