My 94 year old parents recently moved to Symphony at Stuart. They had been living “independently “ in WPB with 24/7 private care nursing. For several years, I had been encouraging them to move north to an assisted living facility. My father resisted until a month or so ago when he quietly leaned in and said, “It’s time to go.” I had toured several facilities over the years, and I knew Symphony at Stuart was the place for them. I called Stephanie Newmark, the Sales and Marketing Director, asap. Stephanie is my MVP! She is smart, kind, clear, direct and positive. Her guidance has made this complicated transition smoother for my parents and me. Everyone at Symphony, from the maintenance man to the front desk crew to the nursing staff to the waitstaff and activities coordinator, is polite, friendly and helpful. My family is extremely grateful for the caring and respectful team at Symphony, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking assisted living for their loved ones.

My mom loves living at Symphony of Stuart! She has been there 1.5 years now. We looked at a lot of places before we found Symphony and we knew as soon as we walked in the front door that this was the right place. It was very inviting and felt like home. The colorful design and decor are modeled after downtown St. Augustine which is one of my mom's favorite places. They have little signs for their theater, salon, pub, library, post office etc., just like St. Augustine so it really feels like you are walking into a community setting and not an assisted living facility. It's a beautiful place and is very well-maintained. The administrative and care staff are very kind, attentive and accommodating. They know every resident by name and their specific needs and situations, so it really gives me peace of mind that I know my mom is well-cared for and safe. It's also nice that she can make friends with other residents that are in a similar position in life. The staff does a great job and offers many daily activities for residents in addition to the necessities of excellent care, dining, laundry and cleaning services, and weekly trips to several area stores, church, and special transport services. They have a resident ambassador program to welcome new residents and also help facilitate communications between residents and staff (including a monthly meeting to provide resident feedback/suggestions on the dining menu). We chose Symphony because (while my mom has moderate level Alzheimer’s) she still wanted to be able to live somewhat independently and is thrilled to be able to have her own spacious beautiful one-bedroom apartment. She likes not having to worry about cooking, cleaning, or doing laundry. She says she feels like she is on vacation at a resort and is so happy to call Symphony her "home". She feels safe and knows that she is never alone, and our family knows that we can just pick up the phone at any time (24/7) and the staff will answer. What is also nice about Symphony is that my mom can “move in place” when the time comes that she may need additional care as they offer various size rooms as well as a full memory care unit. This is comforting to know that my mom would not have to leave Symphony and start all over again in a new place with new people. Additionally, from a pricing perspective you only pay for the particular care that your loved one needs at Symphony as pricing is based on points not levels. Several of the other facilities that we looked at previously were based on levels where you pay a flat price regardless of whether your loved one needs all the services within a given level. At Symphony, we work hand-in-hand with the Director of Nursing (Natacha who is amazing) to tailor the type of care that my mom needs at any moment in time. It’s a transparent, flexible process that makes it easy for us to see that we are only paying for what my mom needs and not any extras. There are many wonderful caring people who work at Symphony from the care staff, the culinary staff, the life enrichment/activities staff, the maintenance staff, and the leadership/administrative staff led by Izaic who has fostered such a great culture. Stephanie, Director Sales & Marketing did an incredible job showing us all that Symphony has to offer and made the onboarding/move in process easy for us. Our family is so grateful to the entire Symphony team. They helped my mom and our family transition into this next phase of my mom’s life. It’s a big decision and a huge step for any family but we are so glad we made the decision sooner rather than later and that we chose Symphony at Stuart.

Putting a loved one in a facility is never easy. But unfortunately, they can reach a place where living safely at home is no longer feasible. I came from out of state to assist my stepfather who is 96 years old. After touring numerous facilities in the area, I went with Symphony. One of the first things I noticed and that drew me to Symphony was the activity I witnessed. Many residents were engaged with one another, and there was a large assembly of people playing Bingo or sitting outside getting sun in the courtyard. Other times I've witnessed live music and cooking classes. There is even a salon downstairs that provides haircuts and other services. Symphony didn't have a depressed feeling that many assisted living centers are known for. Since my stepfather moved to Symphony, I've had numerous interactions with their staff. Their leadership, Izaick and Stephanie, are highly responsive and follow up quickly with questions. Their head nurse, Natacha, is kind and on top of things including providing detailed updates of progress and medication changes. Again, there is rarely an "ideal" when placing a loved one outside their home, but Symphony has done a great job lessening this burden, and my family is grateful to them. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about this community and the staff that make it exceptional. Mom is happy, healthy, the food is wonderful, activities, caring people, cleanliness, attention to detail. Everyone goes above and beyond! Izaik is exceptional in his role, so is Josh. I also love Stephanie, Faland, Natasha and Cherene. They all strive to make it a great place. The proof is also there. They recently won the award for best in senior living. I haven’t come across one staff member that I didn’t like. That’s pretty rare! I was so scared at the beginning. Everyone welcomed us w open arms and made us feel like family. If you want only the best, inquire about this place. You will be very glad you did! I’d give it 100 stars if I could.
