Visiting Sunrise of Redmond with my client couldn’t have gone better. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease after our drive from the Kitsap Peninsula. Tim greeted us warmly and introduced us to Chris Shepard, who led a seamless and informative tour — with help from the friendly community dog, Bo Diddley! We met Ashley, the Executive Director, and Yvonne, the nurse who’s been dedicated to Sunrise for over 15 years. Megan shared a wonderful, well-rounded activity calendar, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch and a thorough assessment. Briana made the transition from skilled nursing effortless with her excellent communication and care. Chris even helped my client into the car afterward and sent us home with a thoughtful treat. I couldn’t have felt more supported and cared for. Thank you, Chris and the entire Sunrise of Redmond team, for such a positive experience! My client and family are very happy thanks to this amazing team.

Our family is so grateful for Chris at Sunrise Assisted Living. He has been absolutely instrumental in helping our parents transition into their new home. Moving in your 80s and 90s can be incredibly stressful and scary, but Chris made it such a positive experience. He treated our parents with so much kindness and respect — always patient, funny, and willing to help with anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His warmth and sense of humor made all the difference during what could have been a very overwhelming time. Thanks to Chris and the excellent team, Sunrise truly feels like a fantastic place to live. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

So many positive experiences with recently moving my loved one to Sunrise Redmond...from the sales process to staff helping my loved one settle in, the kind and welcoming staff have helped support many of the stressors of moving a loved one into assisted living. I have witnessed much kindness, patience and reassurance in addition to receiving clear communication from the caregivers not only toward my own family member, but toward other residents as well. I toured a handful of communities prior to deciding on Sunrise Redmond and feel confident with the decision to trust Sunrise with my loved one's care. Highly recommend.

I have visited Sunrise of Redmond several times and am always so impressed by how friendly all of the staff is. I’ve recommended this facility to friends who are looking for future placements for their parents. My visits have been to volunteer with some of the activities in Assisted Living that are coordinated and led by Megan Suddaby. I am so impressed each time!
