I have an older cousin living at the sunrise of Franklin lakes. The staff is so attentive and caring, always smiling and happy. Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. Lots of activities to participate in and great selection of menu items. Kevin, the executive director has been nothing but wonderful to my family. Answers every question, is so patient, kind and understanding. He is one of a kind and I owe my experience to him! He runs a great team. I look forward to going and visiting my cousin as often as I can because I think I want to move in there one day myself! Thanks for everything!

My aunt is a resident of Sunrise of Franklin Lakes and she absolutely loves living there. The staff is amazing and accommodating to all of her needs. She loves the activities they provide, and always raves about the food!

Wonderful place. The people are great too. My problem is that once mom's life saving are used up 3-5 years from now she may or may not have a place here. That means she could be broke after spending down her life savings and be forced to live somewhere not nice. This seems to be the norm not just here. If they said once you pay for a couple of years you will have a place to live with us I would have her move in right away.

I was so relieved when I could move my parents both to memory care when my dad does not need it. They wanted to stay together and most communities would not allow that . Sunrise of Franklin Lakes said of course! My dad is so happy to be able to leave the community and know that mom is safe!!!
