I have an older cousin living at the sunrise of Franklin lakes. The staff is so attentive and caring, always smiling and happy. Very pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. Lots of activities to participate in and great selection of menu items. Kevin, the executive director has been nothing but wonderful to my family. Answers every question, is so patient, kind and understanding. He is one of a kind and I owe my experience to him! He runs a great team. I look forward to going and visiting my cousin as often as I can because I think I want to move in there one day myself! Thanks for everything!

The staff and administrators are very helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The food service offers balanced and varied meals, and the in customer care and one on one services and activities for the residents are an excellent value for the money. My family is most impressed with the quality of service offered. I would highly recommend this location to anyone currently looking for a senior assisted living facility for their family or loved one.

My aunt is a resident of Sunrise of Franklin Lakes and she absolutely loves living there. The staff is amazing and accommodating to all of her needs. She loves the activities they provide, and always raves about the food!

My father was a resident for 1 year at Sunrise and during that time our experience was very positive. He was treated with care, respect and the staff and care givers always had a lot patience caring for him. We really appreciated that and felt very comfortable having him there. It is a hard decision to decide on a facility and we are glad we chose you. Thank you Joan
