Stellar location and the staff is great. Only reason it isn't five stars is that it is an older location so the decor and furnishings are a bit dated. Everyone that works there is dedicated to providing a great living experience for the residents. Rehab provider onsite is great.

My 99 1/2 year-old mother has been a resident of Sunrise Falls Church for the past 5 years. She loves the multi-cultural staff and caregivers and continues to learn about their countries and customs. She loves the scale of the Community and its location in Falls Church, which makes it accessible from I-66, the Metro and major highways.

My friend and neighbor of 35 years moved into the Sunrise Falls Church Community in late 2022. Prior to moving in we visited 3 times. Every time we visited the staff was great and went out of their way to make us feel apart of their community and answer any questions we had. The move in process was great. The first week was tough on my neighbor being in a new environment as expected but the staff reassured us, that was normal. They were in constant contact with us along the way. By week two every time I visited my neighbor she would let me know how great the food was and how nice the staff was and how much she was enjoying her new living accommodations. I've had a few meals with her there in the last few months and she was spot on, the food and staff are great. Every time I pop in for a visit I'm so happy to know that my dear friend is in a safe and caring community.

My husband was there for a few months last year, and did not like it. The worst of all was when they started sending us the monthly bills. Each month we were charged a different rate, and the bills increased exponentially. We were told to expect bills around $7k, and I got one for over $13k, then another for almost $25k! That is for one month. That's when we took him out of there. I worked with their Exec Director at the time, she had an audit of the charges done, and told me the balance was $1497. I paid for it and they keep on sending me bills for different amounts. Now they say I owe them $2k+. No wonder everyone who we dealt with at the time has left! It's a horrible place. Stay as far away as you can!
