At The Kensington, our Promise to love and care for your family as we do our own is at the heart of what we do. Our community is an assisted living and memory care residence open to Northern Virginia in the heart of beautiful Falls Church. It is the realization of a vision of passionate leaders in the senior living industry. This industrious group sought to develop a community that takes the assisted living model of care to a higher level in an environment of comfortable elegance, staffed by loving professionals. They have accomplished just that.
We believe the comfort of familiarity is precious, so our enhanced program enables us to offer care beyond what the traditional assisted living community can deliver. We offer a full spectrum of clinical support, including end-of-life care, licensed nurses onsite 24/7, and no resident needs to move out if health care needs change or increase. We offer life enrichment activities 7 days a week with dedicated life enrichment professionals, along with restaurant style dining where our dining rooms are open 12 hours a day so residents can sit down for a meal whenever they'd like. The Kensington Falls Church has provided excellent move-in services for our family member. The staff is attentive, respectful, efficient, and kind. The facility is cheery and everyone is welcoming to newcomers. Careful attention is paid to the specific needs of each resident, from personal care and medication to activities and healthy delicious meals. The personal attention each resident receives is unique and makes the transition to assisted living easy.

My dad has been at the Kensington for over four years. The building itself is lovely and the community has been warm and welcoming from the beginning. The team, from top management to caregivers, is wonderful. They really care about the quality of life for their residents and my dad is treated with respect and kindness. The management team is always responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. My dad’s regular nurses and care team go out of their way to make sure he is well cared for, and the team on the main floor always watches out to make sure my dad is safe and well. The Kensington Falls Church has fantastic medical and PT/OT onsite teams. They have been great partners and have helped us navigate through changes in my dad’s care. The outreach team provides residents an extensive list of activities every day for the residents (including live music every night, movies, trivia, and outings.) as well as regular events for caregivers/family members. The dining team offers a wide variety of fantastic food. My dad is always pleased with the selection and raves about the special meals they have for holidays. I can’t recommend The Kensington Falls Church enough.

The kensington is a warm happy place for my dad. He is well taken care of. The food is great. Ii add m able to join him for dinner. The staff is calm and kind and thorough. We are very happy with our decision.

I recently toured The Kensington Falls Church and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making it clear that they truly care about the residents. The community itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the location is perfect for families in the Northern Virginia area. It’s evident that The Kensington offers not only excellent care but also a sense of community and comfort.
