Every team member we have encountered was attentive. They took the time to get to know my mother as an individual and learn her routines and her preferences. That level of personal attention has made a difference in her comfort and happiness. Sunrise is clean and welcoming without feeling clinical. You are always greeted with a smile. There are plenty of common areas where residents can relax, socialize, or participate in activities. There’s always something going on, daily fitness classes or fun gatherings. It’s reassuring to know that my mother is actively engaged. The meals are well-prepared and diverse. It feels much more like a restaurant experience than a cafeteria. We’ve seen an improvement in my mother’s overall well-being since she moved in. She’s more active, and social. I would recommend this retirement community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine care.

After 58 years in the same house my parents were no longer able to be on their own. We toured several senior living facilities and knew that Sunrise of Bloomingdale would be a good fit for them as soon as we visited. Sue and Toni were very helpful with answering questions and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. My parents recently moved in and everything has been great - their room, the food, the people. All good.

Sunrise has been a saving grace for our family (tino heredia) the care that is given to him and our family thru the ups and downs is amazing starting with violet at the front desk. She is always so pleasant and brings cheer to the area, the reminiscence center has all people working who care so much about everyone. It is a beautiful place to be!!

Sunrise of Bloomingdale is very beautiful place for seniors that they can call home. From the moment you enter the facility, Dorota, the front desk receptionist, will greet you with a smile and helping hand . All staff are very attending and approachable. It’s always a pleasant experience for me when I visit residents at sunrise .
