Hi my name is Kim and my mama has been in rehab for several weeks here. The staff, although I haven’t gotten to know or remember all of their names, I appreciate and adore everyone as everyone works as a team and my mom’s care and love has been given the utmost attention coupled with the outstanding energy and positive direction of her rehab after having her left arm and left hip broken at the same time. She is progressing despite some setbacks and I’m just so grateful and thankful for all of this. Please make your loved one get the best care in this facility that has a five star rating for a very good and worthy reason!! With the utmost respect for Sun Prairie Senior Living and the folks who care so much I absolutely love y’all!

This place is horrible! Please do not have your loved one stay here! So much neglect, my father sat in his own urine for several hours, maybe even all day! I changed him when I came to see him, he was saturated, everything was hanging so low it was obvious his undergarments, liners and pants were soaked! There was urine all over the bathroom floor, his clothes were saturated as well, and the smell of urine was over powering when I entered his room! I also want to mention do not bring nice clothes to this facility, they get stolen and give you items in return that aren't acceptable! Seriously what guy wants to wear a woman's nightgown? Seriously! I am in total shock, can not understand why they are still in business! Just awful, awful!!! Then there was an episode where my father fell, and one of the nurses completely lied about it! Then let's talk about not giving medications on time, better yet they skip giving medications too. For example, my father never gets his medicine 4 times a day! Maybe once or twice, if that! Please please do not leave a loved one at this place and think they will be well taken care of!

This place is BAD! Do not send or have your love one's live here. Found out about a night aid being ruff and exchanging words with my father in law. Has a foot infection weren't taking care of it the right way And now has to have surgery. Also two nurses who weren't polite, and one of them not very nice in front of my sister in law. The night care person was told to stay out of father's room several times, but still went in! Called ahead of time to get father ready to leave when we got there. Well he was in p.t., followed the nurse and she stop and I asked where is p.t. and she said someone else was to show us. They have No Communication at this place! And they do not care! I even talked to some man and all he said is that their short staff, and she the care giver had to take care of other residents down the hall were my father in laws roomis, my father in law saw her standing outside his room for awhile. Kind of creepy! I wonder what she was going to do? Stay out of this place! I didn't want to give this place a star, but it's the only way I could post. So no stars!!!!!!

Please do not bring your loved one there. My grandma just left there and has bruises all over her and a rash on her behind because they never cleaned her up properly. Also has a urinary track infection because they didn’t know how to clean up her catheter properly. They said very rude things to her as I was on the phone and heard it! Please find somewhere else
