My dad passed away a year ago and my mom could not live alone in Florida so we were fortunate to find an apartment for her at Suffield by the River. She is safe there and her apartment is comfortable with everything she needs. My mom takes advantage of many of the activities and especially likes the exercise classes and is doing great. Special thanks to the caring staff there and Valerie for really making things work for us when we moved mom from Florida.

Our experience with Suffield by the River has been excellent. On our first visit with my mom, Valerie and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. We visited other senior communities and they did not have the same welcoming feel. This is where we moved my mom in March and she has been very happy there. Throughout the process, Valerie was attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend Suffield by the River for a senior living community.

Suffield by the River has been such a wonderful community for my family member - there are enriching activities, wonderful food, genuinely caring and friendly staff! Everyone knows who my family member is, keep us updated on what's happening, and are always finding ways to keep him engaged, well, and included. They have worked so closely with us to maximize his quality of life in the face of Alzheimer's, and he's doing better there than he had in years. Thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure of attending several wonderful events at Suffield by the River, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the entire team for their exceptional work. Each event has been a memorable experience, thanks to the meticulous planning and execution by the events team, the excellent service provided by the servers, and the delicious meals prepared by the cooks. The facility itself is gorgeous, offering a perfect backdrop for any occasion and especially for their tenants. The food has consistently been top-notch, with a variety of delicious options that showcase both creativity and attention to detail. The servers are always professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-cared for.
